Return Policy

ROCKA DESIGN™ Custom Stone Maker is sold by PARE INNOVATIONS LLC and is backed by a 100% Money Back Guarantee.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased you can return the product within 10 days for a full refund (minus s/h), a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the returned item. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.  Please call 1-888-519-2192 to receive a return authorization number.  

Returns cannot be used or damaged and must be with original packaging.  Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  
It may take up to 5 days for a refund or exchange to be processed. In the event of a refund, we will credit the same card you used for your original purchase.   

Please call 1-888-519-2192 for instructions and the return shipping address on all returns before shipping the item back to us.

Additional Refund Terms:
Include a copy of the original invoice, your telephone number (with area code), mailing address (if different than what is on the invoice), include a detailed reason for the refund and the unused product in question.  PARE INNOVATIONS LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if we feel the reason is unacceptable.
