How can I track my order online?
Once the order ships, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent to you with the order details and tracking number, which you may use to track your order.
Am I required to pay sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in FL. If you supply us with your Sales Tax Number sales tax will not apply.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days from date order is placed. Shipping can vary from 3-5 days depending on shipping location and service used. If there is going to be any delay on the processing or shipping of your order you will receive an email explaining the delay.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped by USPS and/or FEDEX with a tracking number.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United States, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
Can I change or cancel my order?
